Like, I have in fact used my credit card to pay a tree-clearing crew, buy bedloads of landscaping material, and put deposits on custom plantings lately, I do follow the local consulate, and I do have recent web history looking at state college agricultural extension programs (for blueberry stuff) and browsing around rural real estate, this is a 100% reasonable inference
