Yeah, did the math, def. should end up at “average side of slim”, even if I have another echo just as strong as last one before I finish the 4-scoop phase that’ll only take me to core “slim” (assuming my sense of the transition between all phases, and sub-phases between “fat” and “skinny” represents equivalent amounts of fat)
Now if I got an equally strong echo before I cleared 4, and then another one before I cleared 2, which is pretty much the toughest possible route, I’d end up at “the skinny side of slim”, that’s the kind of situation I might start taking weight gainer (at least in 5 more months where the recovery obviates even my 2 naturally produced scoops worth of creatine and I actually have a surplus to dedicate to fat storage again). I mean you come off the hardest cut I’ve ever heard, you start bulking

Fat loss now seems to be that even if the stomach’s still projecting in front now the sides are disappearing from the silhouette.
I would still want to be thinner at the time, but I would not mind a girl I was trying to get with having seen me shirtless in person at this point.
Almost feels like I’m losing too much weight, but matching it out, going through the 5-scoop stage twice (right when I was ready to go down to 4 an “echo” boosted the symptom to the extent of one scoop) constitutes 40% of the weight loss remaining when I started, so on track I guess.
(This math assumes that symptoms clear at steady rate – i.e. going from 5 to 4 scoops takes the same time as 4 to 3, 3 to 2, etc – and that natural creatine production daily is equivalent to 2 scoops consumed. Weight loss is directly proportional to creatine – that’s biochemically how you use stored fat and why your body produces creatine to begin with.)
You know I must have been losing weight since I started taking creating when the energy effects showed up with the 2nd, “Delta” case that I got flying back to Pennsylvania for Christmas 2021 (as I had expected), I consciously knew that was the mechanism the whole time, but I only started really paying attention when when my stretch marks disappeared in February of this year.
Okay I also today tried going from 5 creatine scoops at noon to 4 and then 1 at midnight. It seems to be two months, or possibly two months and two weeks, between being ready to go down one scoop/day, think at the halfway mark I might start switching one to PM, so I have like 4.5 in the day but have an easier time getting out of bed for a new dose in the mornings.
I think this might end up using up more fat for energy, as the stronger effect from 1 scoop’s worth is shifted from only mattering for exertion that 4 alone were insufficient for to coming overnight when my systems otherwise slow down for lack of energy.
Amazing being able to feel the muscles in my upper body so clearly now. With the bisexuality some of the androphilia triggers off myself (like how sex with women is better now because “male sexual pleasure is a turn-on” includes my own) but the feel of my muscled male torso and arms does nothing, like trying to tickle yourself
Sitting upright and laying my hand on the top of my stomach I can maybe fit my thumb on the ledge now
One thing this weight loss makes clear is how built many not even specifically muscle bears are, as I shed fat I never passed through a phase of having as much well-structured bulk as that

When I put both hands at the bottom corners of my stomach and grab handfuls there’s starting to not be enough for my index fingers.
When I look in the mirror has gone from “that’s not my ideal body, but it must be under there somewhere” to “yeah, that’s my ideal body but it needs to lose some fucking weight”
Okay worked it out and I’d expect to finish off the weight loss at the “average side of slim” level in about 13 months. If another case brings echoes in the interim I’d only expect that to push to 16 months and just “slim” at most.
I like how when I newly fit into something these days it’s never like oh, I’m having a particularly good day and maybe it’ll be a bit too tight next time, no, that fits now
Alright, it was a month ago when I was about to downshift to 4 scoops/day creatine when I got another echo that sent me back to fully 5 and now here I am waking up and taking a shit before any, which is an energetic sign, so hopefully next month this time I’ll be ready.
I estimate my body keeps a level of about 2 scoops naturally, so I’m doing anaerobic energy (and thus weight loss) at a demand of 7 daily, and this represents an amount equal to the paired segments using 5 and 2 scoops (which is to say the ones taking 3 and just now 0), the one using 6 and 1 (taking 4, and taking 0 after demand has further declined to only some of natural production), and the one using 4 and 3 (taking 2 and 1)
This is to say this and next month together represent fully one fourth of the “final stretch” weight loss; if descending through these phases takes 2 months each it should be complete in around a year.
Of course phases might take longer, and I might see further cases and echoes in that time (probably even less than 1 full scoop worth), which I guess will determine how twinky I come out.
