me: when i have no other option, i make up a fake person who coincidentally has the same name as me, but also doesn't suffer from anxiety (and my other various issues), pretend to be them, and just chug through till it's over
you: that doesn't sound like it's a real long term solution
me: yeah but it turns out i'm a pretty great actor
