Which authority defines the borders between (/or positively, defining characteristics of) breeds?
for the purposes of this app it wouldn’t matter, just match closest likely names to the dog in question, it wouldn’t be authoritative, just convenient for the interested amateur hound sleuth
The Royal Kennel Club is an obvious potential answer but that’s not a default it’s an active choice which will yield a different app than other possible answers!
