So I guess Fushigi Yuugi didn’t stand the test of time.

I think it vanished along with the rest of 1990s anime that wasn’t “Evangelion”.

Well as “90s shoujo with enough epic fantasy to show in a mixed-gender anime club” goes, I still occasionally hear mention of Escaflowne.
