Okay, finally stepped down to 4 scoops/day creatine, which is where I was before this last echo boosted me, so the duration of these echo effects are at least less than the period between them now and that one should be following the mental stuff to a footnote in the future (RIP undertow effect).
The iron-hunger hasn’t been waning yet though, in fact when that showed up with case 6 it was 1 pill/day and now it’s 4. (I had mistaken it at 3 and kinda pushed the slump around with timing but realized I should take one more).
