Vulnerability is not blameworthy.</p><p>But furthermore the same is actually true of <i>most people alive today</i>. <a href=\"https://href.li/?https://ourworldindata.org/age-structure\" target=\"_blank\">The median age right now is 30</a> and <a href=\"https://href.li/?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4es9DbDpPq0\" target=\"_blank\">most humans who ever lived never saw the age of 20</a>.</p></blockquote><p>fellas is it weak to die of disease</p></blockquote><p>lads was it spoiled of me to not die in infancy</p></blockquote>\n<p>Reminder that when you&rsquo;re contemplating your human heritage the relevant demographic is not &ldquo;humans who have ever lived&rdquo; but &ldquo;humans who have ever <i>reproduced</i>&rdquo;, and the two demographics actually represent quite different experiences </p>"}
