Got one of those massage guns with swappable tips to apply vibration to your flesh.</p><p>And maybe try to lie back on a recliner or pool chair or something with your arms stretched out so they&rsquo;re at higher elevation, lymphatic drainage and all.</p><p>Wrap in steamed towels I guess, if you have a towel steamer.</p>"}
