Yeah my conscious attempts to upset my equilibrium never came anywhere close, like the most change was the first year of going to the dojo in LA, where I actually developed muscles (thru 40mins daily of intense exercises in a group I felt fellowship with, led by a VERY experienced and charismatic trainer who had a solid sense of our individual physical and psychological conditions)
