So recently I&rsquo;ve been not even to the point of hanging from it, just isometrically bearing <i>some</i> of my weight on it.</p><p>And that was how I first developed the ability to do it! After like 4 months of using it <b>every</b> time I stood up from my laptop, now I&rsquo;ve had like 3 sessions and I&rsquo;m seeing progress.</p><p>Like, &ldquo;exercise will make you stronger and your muscles larger&rdquo; is like the opposite of a life hack, but with the testosterone like this it&rsquo;s such an immediate feedback process it&rsquo;s unreal.</p><p>It absolutely feels like I&rsquo;m playing with cheats enabled lately.</p>"}
