I finally bought myself a bread lame. (pronounced “lahm”, like “llama” without the final “a”.) Until now I’d just been scoring bread with a loose razor blade held in my fingers, which is suboptimal.
And it came with instructions for how to load it, which are titled “Lame Instructions”. And my brain keeps going “can’t I have the cool instructions instead?”
