I followed Aella’s “stop shampooing” advice and that worked great but “rarely shower” seems too much for me, it’s not smell per se that bugs me but that as I become more finely aware of my body even a not-hot, non-strenuous half-day’s worth of sweat drying leaves a residue that leaves me feeling not at my best
