So I&rsquo;ve gotta overeat in between episodes when my energy levels are fine without taking creatine? (Recalling that the shallowest part of that I&rsquo;m probably still draining fat running on anaerobic energy, just at a rate supportable by the body&rsquo;s natural creatine levels)</p><p>What about lipid calories? Do those have to process via blood sugar somehow or convert directly to adipose tissue, or what?</p>"}
