I wouldn&rsquo;t call it &ldquo;hoarding&rdquo; but can tell that&rsquo;s a more extreme manifestation of the same thing. As I go through things, now with the anxiety gone \u2013 things I&rsquo;ve been dragging along with me for decades \u2013 I just throw the majority of it out.</p>"}
