look the thing about liefeld is that you just have to appreciate him as a guy, or as, like, a narrative arc. everyone of a certain age remembers going to scuzzy comic book stores where they had some local guy\u2019s bad pencil drawings of superheroes and sexy vampires on the wall, and liefeld is like if one of those guys became the most important artist in the comics industry for a while, like the Wayne\u2019s World of comic artists. It\u2019s just inherently funny and endearing and serves as a healthy reminder that cape comics were and are deeply ridiculous
