Thinking about that second case of COVID I got with the energy issues and now that I think of it it came on so suddenly \u2013 like I went from energy normal throughout the body to torpid in like 30 minutes \u2013 that it doesn’t intuitively feel it was something to do with cells distributed through the bloodstream, where you’d expect things to wink out gradually and unevenly as cells fell to infection. Feels like something more centralized, like the pancreas suddenly fucks up insulin production or something.
But then maybe it had been gradually falling for a while and that was just crossing a threshold where it suddenly became apparent, like you don’t notice how much some level is in surplus so you don’t notice as the margin falls but you start noticing when it crosses into deficit
