Feels like something more centralized, like the pancreas suddenly fucks up insulin production or something.</p><p>But then maybe it had been gradually falling for a while and that was just crossing a threshold where it suddenly became apparent, like you don&rsquo;t notice how <i>much</i> some level is in surplus so you don&rsquo;t notice as the margin falls but you start noticing when it crosses into deficit</p>"}
