I remember in Cornell there was this one grad student a friend of mine worked with who was in Native American Studies or something, and was himself native, and duly intoned about the horrible stereotype of the drunken Injun and embodied it better than I have ever seen. Like, dude had one kind of drunk, it was “blackout”, and it was like every night. People had to bail him out from brawling two nights in a row.

Anyway I called him “Chief Pukes-In-Can”
