Screwed on a few extensions and did some polesawing today, and that motion (sawing by pulling on a pole) exercises some muscles nothing else does so I was thinking I could still do some sledgehammering after but it turns out that while the motive muscles there were still fresh the limiting factor was the stabilizer muscles in my upper legs and lower back that steadied my base on uneven ground to do any work in the first place, that were already washed from the polesaw
