So I’m 2 days into a creatine cycle, I extended the last recovery week to 2 cause I was still feeling pretty drained but realized it’s a new thing that doesn’t correspond to ATP/creatine energy but stimulant… stimulation, like going caffeine resolves it fine, on the other hand with no counterweight it’s interesting because it drags me down but doesn’t make me particularly tired as such, it’s like the antonym of alert wakefulness isn’t sleep but torpor
