Back when I had really bad anxiety realized if I let matter out of place bother me it would always be driving me nuts, so killed that voice in my head

I used to be a property manager. Sometimes, we had to kick out hoarders who had lost their minds and filled their apartments with garbage. Every time I see a picture of your place, it looks like that.\u00a0

I honestly think that this could even be a health issue. Please clean your home.\u00a0

These are cabinets I keep cat food and caffeinated beverage preparations in that you flipped out over. The top one does hold miscellaneous stuff (that’s a bottle of butcher block oil there) though, cause it’s high up and hard to regularly reach.
