The US Navy has had camo for a bit now. This is the current Navy Working Uniform Type 3
The Navy was first enthusiastic to get camo with the Navy Working Uniform Type 1, featuring a distinctive naval blue-and-white color scheme.
They resisted including orange “tiger stripes” as found in many navies’ uniform schemes, only to find that the only practical effect of individual ocean-colored camouflage at sea was making it harder to spot and rescue men washed overboard.
