If the player\u2019s <i>obsequium</i>\n level drops to zero, the abbot will not tolerate their disrespect any \nlonger, and the player is asked to leave the abbey, while missing a \nprayer office or being caught wandering around at night results in \nimmediate expulsion - both mean that the game is over.\n\n\n<br/></p></blockquote></blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\nThere is also a form of copy protection:\n if an illegal copy of the game was detected, then once the player \nentered the church, instead of \u201cAve Maria\u201d playing, a voice would cry \u201c<i>\u00a1Pirata!</i>\u201d (Spanish for \u201cpirate\u201d) ten times in descending tones before the game crashed.</p></blockquote><blockquote><p>The game had a modest commercial success and was never officially \nreleased outside of Spain, a country where it came to achieve a cult following.
