Weirdly ambitious breakfast/brunch place for somewhere so out of the way, though they do do dinners on weekends.
Trip again reaffirmed me in my real estate choices, that where the eastside wave had been expanding east and people were going past 82nd already, it is in fact going to turn south and I am at the exact pivot – kind of because east was cheapo 70s development, car-oriented with its commercial strips all parking lots, whereas south is 50s-60s shit that was after streetcar-oriented stuff but still in dialogue with it – underprovisioned with commercial, but there are corner businesses at the intersection of every two collector streets and the closer-in ones are already metastasizing into clusters and neighborhood retail/dining strips
