Whatever is going on there, it is almost certainly psychosomatic

Yeah I didn’t experience this before COVID, but then the second case seems to have screwed up aerobic energy generation? so bad I needed to dose heavy just to maintain regular operations – and I would start to feel dragged down and torpid by the end of a day’s cycle, and then recover after a new dose, for months, with times where I used the wrong dose and effects were noticeably different in proportion, so if you’re trying to convince me it was something else you have a high bar to clear

And I started with 30… g? mg? Well, 6 scoops a day, and gradually eased off to the point I was fine at 0.

But now when I go on my regular regimen – 3 scoops/day for a week to build blood levels, then 1 scoop/day for 2 weeks maintenance at an elevated level, then 1 week off to reset homeostasis – by the third week I’m feeling a mild drain by the time a new dose is ready (so it’s been ≈24hr from last). From this I surmise that while my regular energy level has recovered enough to support normal life, it is still limited, with a shallower “buffer” such that exhaustion shows when my body’s natural creatine production reflexes downward in reaction to supplementation
"}
