After feeding Badger this morning I noticed my legs were just so incredibly sore, I got out this leg-raising pillow that puts them like perpendicular but 10 inches elevated, and I felt gravity drain all the waste and water through my lymphatic system creating several distinct feeling states in my legs over the next 40 minutes, as enough drained it didn’t even all pass to my kidneys but like built up in the now lower-elevation rest of my body to the point my lips and skin on my chest were tingling and the legs felt appreciably narrower diameter when I put them back down
