I’m noticing there is a texture to how I don’t get shit done at the low end of my mood cycle. I’ve had a phase of deciding to do things but procrastinating and never executing, a phase of being aware I should do things but not getting over the hump to decide to, and a phase of just not putting my mind to it at all, all distinct
