Just with all those bulbous protrusions from the trunk below where it branches you can see they’re trimming it as it grows but they’re not clipping off minor doodles above that so instead of either limiting it to a few main branches or letting it grow to natural form they’ve actively, over decades, through significant effort, trained it to be wrong
