Idk about the quote but I googled her name in Russian and found a few Russian-language articles titled like “Елена Бунина уехала из России” which means she has left Russia.
Оkay yeah here’s the quote. Source is Radio Svoboda which is a branch of Radio Free Liberty, which a little propaganda-y but okay. The Bell, which is a Russian language news organization based in the U.S. also reported the quote.
