So someone talked about high interest rates maybe weighing against empty nesters freeing up family-sized properties, and uh, was everyone else’s concept of “empty nesters” that they continued to climb the property ladder through smaller but better located and higher-amenity properties? I thought they were cashing out and would cover the new property with the sale of a paid-off one.
