Thinking about how our condominium development (so houses, with shared walls and a pool and tennis court) had like, a “community center” which was like a room between the mailroom and the pool you could sign out if for some reason you needed a space 150% your dining room + living room so of course no one did.

Reminded walking by a new apartment building and being like “wait… is that some sort of lounge on the first floor? Is this supposed to be a dorm before they realized everyone had internet in their rooms now?”
