One thing about the Ukraine stuff is if you pinned Russia down and bled them of resources… not all that much in the world would change. They might no longer be able to prop up the Assad regime in Syria?

Whereas not even hurting America, just leaving enough of their resources committed for a time and unavailable for other deployment, that’s a situation where things could change.
