Given that Japanese culture is influenced by Buddhism, and that Buddhism spread east from India after Alexander the Great (briefly) conquered northern India, and the monks that spread Buddhism eastwards were from the region most influenced by Greek culture/conquest, is it completely accurate to say that Japanese culture is in no way descended from ancient Greece?
