When the shipping company nearby closed the shitty pizza place closed with it and I thought maybe I’d get a new restaurant but they redeveloped it into a self-storage place and kept the shell of the pizza place but I don’t know if there’s any business that makes sense for that location other than “using long since paid-off ovens to make cheap limited selection after-game meals for the little league teams using the diamonds back there”
