So complaining that all beers are IPAs now is old hat but to be specific it felt like there were more witbiers and reds in the microbrewing revolution a decade ago, and I miss that, and hazy IPAs aren’t a sufficient substitute

I used to fly to Joshua Tree, CA for a specific red and it feels like all the reds in particular went poof.
