I can use it to prevent my pain or when I\u2019m having low level pain. </p><p>I can also use it even when I don\u2019t have pain, using it when I\u2019m dizzy and off balance is totally valid :)</p><p>Learning to reverse internalized ableism is slow but it feels great!</p></blockquote>\n<p>Been using a cane lately and even on days the stability&rsquo;s not too bad I realize that instead of trying to stabilize it in the muscles and tire myself I can just let lateral wobble build up and shed it by tapping every 4 or 6 steps</p>"}
