Ok, blood oxygenation has ceased being a limiting determinant of my energy, now it’s just creatine – I could probably go down to 5g/day, but I’d be dragging – and blood sugar. Should keep an eye on that make sure it doesn’t progress towards diabetes or something. Man, does this mean I’m gonna have to start sniffing my pee?
Among other things this means when I eat things past simple sugars I have to plan for a period of torpor where I face *higher* energy demand digesting them before they start to reenergize me
