I’ve never been able to get too worked up over COVID deaths in nursing homes; the deal there always seemed to be that once you’re no longer vital but not actively dying of anything, we’d maintain you in comfort until a sufficiently strong infection came to carry you off; dying of COVID doesn’t strike me as a default on that covenant, that was the sufficiently strong infection
