Also, my mom pointed out I’m definitely short of breath. I hadn’t been doing much talking or aerobics in my time isolated with non-controllable limbs but I had noticed that when I bent over to plug things into outlets I couldn’t take in enough oxygen to replace what I consumed but had to do it in one dive.
So that’s further evidence this was all COVID, I gusss. Don’t get winded in the course of normal activity, even walking up long steep slopes, so not too worried, but my mom has a spirometer (those “blow a ball up a tube to measure and develop lung capacity” things) left over from her late father’s cardiac surgery recovery, so I’ll give that a try
