This might not be obvious because I can talk about it, or any completed application of it, at any level of complexity cause that&rsquo;s not live intention but dead fact</p><p>Basically I walk around and get stray thoughts of things I need to do and write them down, and then I can choose 3 of those at a time to be &ldquo;active quests&rdquo;, and when I complete one that slot opens up</p><p>A year ago both those 3s were 1, maybe 1.5 at most, which is why I spent weeks sawing branches and carrying things</p><p>Breaking down complex processes into at most 3 3-step processes is its own step, though, so I have to plan out one step, put it at the top of the queue, forget it, plan 2 more then finish the planning step so I can get the next one off the stack.</p><p>Hopefully that&rsquo;ll keep expanding up to my original capacity, at which point I&rsquo;ll have developed improved compression further</p>"}
