Also as the strengthening wave hits the first phalanges of my fingers I feel them coming back stronger but I wasn’t rock climbing or crushing walnuts so I hadn’t noticed them weakening in the first place

You know it’s not like the phalanges have different muscles, it’s really the flexor digitorum tuning up that I first feel there. Being rooted in the forearm probably explains why it started reacting so soon, too

It still feels that way, though. Like, the wrist is still a little iffy but the proximal phalanx is already starting to feel firm and the action’s in the medial phalanges now.

Oh shit, now the progress is so fast I can feel the leading edge advance on the distal

The amount I have to exert my hand to maintain friction on the phone I’m holding is now down at least 30%

Okay, it’s in the distal now.

Well, in the thumbs, ring, and pinkie fingers, in the pointer and middles it’s just short of the final joint.

Okay, distal for all. I think the leading edge might have passed the tips of the pinkies and thumbs, though they’re still feeling effects

\n
Also I’ve been sitting down not putting weight on but I suddenly notice flexing my feet around the trailing edge has passed the metatarsals. The wrists are strengthening but not fully there yet.
"}
