it is generally recommended of bepenised people that they wash their hands after peeing, because they\u2019ve touched their own dick. surely someone else\u2019s isn\u2019t any cleaner.
(the general argument i\u2019m seeing on this subject is about perianal sweat getting bacteria from faeces to the general crotch area. i\u2019m not sure if this is legit or if it implies that you don\u2019t need to wash your hands after peeing if you didn\u2019t touch your penis (perhaps because you lack one) or other areas near your crotch)
ok but the reason to wash your hands after peeing is that bathrooms are unsanitary and pee itself is unsanitary, so if you’ve been dealing in these things you should sanitize. surely, however, this does not apply in the majority of other contexts for penis touching!
