Oh man one of the last barriers to me switching to (Kroger-system but locally reputed) Fred Meyer from Safeway was their “petite sirloin” cuts were fattier and looser but the thing is they have a real butcher section so if you go in before 8 it’s real people with fresh cuts and the fatty stuff comes off amazing if you put 2lb in a bag with a Lowry’s just-add-water marinade packet for 2 nights
