Sometimes I chuckle about how directly, explicitly, not pathbreakingly at all Destiny is “what if the Halo guys made a Diablo”
I suppose when you get down to it WoW was “what if the Diablo guys made an EverQuest”
and Diablo was just “what if someone who played NetHack made Smash TV?”
