Downhill slopes I&rsquo;ve strengthened the front of my ankle enough I can just let momentum carry me confident I&rsquo;ll be able to restrain it from getting ahead of me, but on steps I&rsquo;m going 2 footsteps to a step and holding on to the railing, in part cause my stride&rsquo;s changed such that before I felt if I fell down it would be straight on my bum, now it feels like I&rsquo;d pitch forward down the stairs</p>"}
