Been realizing that going down stairs is one of my largest remaining walking challenges. Downhill slopes I’ve strengthened the front of my ankle enough I can just let momentum carry me confident I’ll be able to restrain it from getting ahead of me, but on steps I’m going 2 footsteps to a step and holding on to the railing, in part cause my stride’s changed such that before I felt if I fell down it would be straight on my bum, now it feels like I’d pitch forward down the stairs
