maybe the symptoms r unrelated to the choking incident. i know healthcare is cumbersome for u Americans but weird neurological Sx are probably worth investigating .
If I had a neurologist in the next room I’d ask, but like you acknowledge that’s not how it works (it’s kinda still how it works for my mom, with gold-plated “you go to a doctor and we pay them” insurance through my dads firm for decades and a network of contacts to evaluate any specialist’s reputation, and you can tell she’s still in denial that’s not how it works anymore)
But honestly I have not been experiencing it as an external thing afflicting me, it’s just how I am now, like the next level of the bipolar stuff unlocked once I had gotten used to it. To the extent it is actual injury it’s been getting better on my own, the only thing that really concerns me is internal changes in muscle tone though honestly it probably made my blood pressure healthier (hm, I should actually consider if pressurization changes might be behind new muscle behavior regimes in the extremities)
