I think he’s bailed, but oh man a mob overwhelming the police (or being seen to be accommodated by!), siezing Kyle Rittenhouse from where he was held by the state disarmed and helpless, and killing him would be like the single least helpful stimulus America could receive rn, it would probably fuck things up worse than a lot of black lynchings.
