Have leveled up my body-awareness to the point I’m aware of my sinuses, like not just as a region, “my sinuses are stuffy”, nor directly through any sense of touch, more a heightened pressure-awareness in the surrounding tissue, and the fact that between your eyes, mouth, and brain is a network of mystical caverns is fucking with me
