Check the mass readings for any Sunday, Sunday Mass, Reading 1 is ALWAYS the old testament, and in fact there are arguably TWO readings from the old testament every sunday, because THERES ALWAYS A RESPONSORIAL PSALM IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE 1st READING THATS ALSO FROM THE OLD TESTAMENT, FROM PSALMS. Then after the First Reading and the Responsorial Psalm, then you get the Gospel Reading, ie the "Second" reading.
Yeah the columns framing the uh… stage in my old home diocese had ridges where you could slot in the numbers of the psalms they would do, like 36/89/306, that always felt weird to me
