Definitely the fact that I had never developed these ankle muscles, and the old walking style basically used the ankles as a shock absorber, was why I was starting to sprain my ankles. Stepped weird in a dip that a few months ago def. would’ve rolled the ankle and just fell off balance a bit but held it together.
